In the last years, improvements in materials technology have significantly changed the clinical approach to cementation but the comprehensive distinction between conventional cementation, bonding and simplified adhesive techniques is still controversial, particularly considering the clinical approach to such procedures.
Clinicians should ask themselves not only “how” to cement but particularly “where” to cement, as the substrates to work with are very different for both biologic and material properties and the proper comprehension of how to manage them and condition their surfaces is the first undoubtable step towards the clinical success. Furthermore, clinicians should consider “what” to cement in terms of restorations and, consequently, how to select the most proper cementation technique and luting agent.
The webinar is aimed at providing an overview about the clinical indications and operative protocols regarding G-Cem One, showing different clinical cases with full-coverage and partial adhesive restorations in anterior and posterior areas.
